A BUSINESSMAN whose two Rottweilers bit two people within five months was charged in court on Tuesday.
Wu Wai Hong, 61, is accused of being the owner of the two dogs which caused injury to Mr Seah Jeng Jye, 42, at Toh Tuck Road on Oct 10 last year.
Mr Seah was bitten on his left shin region.
The second charge states that Wu's dogs bit Ms Puvanesvary Alahakone, 49 on her left upper thigh region along Toh Tuck Place on March 4.
Wu, who intends to plead guilty, told the court that he was willing to compensate the victims.
The case was adjourned to Dec 15. If convicted, Wu can be fined up to $5,000 per charge. In addition, the court can order him to pay compensation of up to $2,000 to each victim.credit by: http://www.straitstimes.com/BreakingNews/Singapore/Story/STIStory_458393.html
