STOMPer David says this dog has apparently been leashed outside a flat at Block 626 Bedok Reservoir Road almost every day, for at least three years.
He says:
"This was seen outside a third-floor unit of Block 626 Bedok Reservoir Road.
"A neighbour said that this dog is tied outside the flat almost the whole day, almost every day, for at least 3 years!
"Perhaps the owner should leash himself or herself to the railing for just ONE day to see how this dog feels!"
