Due to family reasons, and due to our mother's health issue...
2 days ago, Snowy has been adopted to a fine family living with his new younger poodle sister, hazel...
Snowy boy, live well and enjoy your life...
Please understand that none of us wants you to go.. but out of no choice and for your own good...
You'll live better there..with lotsa love, attention and care...
We will miss you...
Thank you for giving us so much for this 7 years...

A week after snowy adopted by this big sized lady, Kelly. Due to her reason, Snowy is been given up for adoption again.

Snowy was later fostered by my Indonesian Chinese friend, Ms Vanny.

*Went visit Snowy the 1st time during his fostering period under Ms Vanny's care

A month later, Went Visit Snowy again..

Finally, Snowy is officially adopted by Ms Vanny! He is now living happily in a good perm home along with his new fur-siblings! (Mochi the JRT & Fluffy the Pom from Ms Vanny's housemate, Ms Novie)

After 2 months of the hot and scorching dry seasons with the haze in the air, it's finally raining!

Amber was adopted by Sharon (current owner) on 27 July 2007..

She was a abused, neglected and abandoned dog by her 1st Germany owner who imported her from Australia as a puppy...
She was finally abandoned and saved from the street by her rescuer who saw her loitering (infront of the house Amber used to stay) for a few days be it rain or shine...
On the day Amber and Sharon (current owner) 1st met, Amber was promised that (current owner) Sharon's home will be her home forever till the day heaven call on her...
Despite her constant biting towards any human (including Sharon) and dogs, she and Sharon went thru a year of hardship together and finally she was now a sweet angel that loves hugs, plays and spending time with her fellow friends(including her sister,(Dawn the Maltese) and brother (Snowy - the Jap Spitz)

I appreciate her time for me and thankful that she's always around me whenever I am happy or sad...

My sharing of Amber's story hopes to encourage adoptions..
Be it the dog may be old, filthy and stinks, aggressive and down with sickness...
Every dog deserves a 2nd chance....

First of all, hello everyone! How's everyone doing???

For the past one year plus, many ups and down going on..many events had happened, good or bad...
It was a rich and colorful one year for us...
We are living happily in our new home that we shifted to(looked back to our blog entry referring to our family shifting to a new house http://amberdawnsnowy.blogspot.sg/2011/12/house-moving.html)
And definitely had already adapted and settled down to the new environment...
We didn't have much photos taken or had went to much events for the past one year as our humans are all really busy with heir new life here...

After much delay, finally, It's the right time, ripe time to revive our blog!!!!

STOMPer RichIndon was walking along Thomson Road when he spotted flamingos in the garden of a private house. He wonders if people are allowed to keep such animals as pets in Singapore.

Elaborates the STOMPer:

"I was walking along Joan road and came across a private house, with a huge front garden that had pet flamingos! One was white and the other was pink. The owner has expensive taste."

Today is Christmas. Our humans family went for a X'mas feast at Mayim Chinese Restaurant located in westmall.

Then we had, Salmon stew and sashimi treats!
it's been some time since we last had Salmon stew and our 1st time for the sashimi treats!
tasty!

And very happy to say,we have a very pretty X'mas tree this year!

Our humans also bought us X'mas present! 3-in-1 interactive dog games!

it's kinda new to us and not all of us knows how to play with it. but nonetheless, we had a wonderful X'mas this year!

A few days ago, our jie jies(Betty and Sharon) call us to the balcony and open the window for us.. it's our 1st time looking outside the window in the comfortable height and position... we can't do this in the past as there's no window at our height allowing us to see or look outside but now..we can! We were pretty engross looking and viewing the outside scenery..
The air coming in was cooling and smells fresh!

It's finally been a week since we moved and now get some time to update our blog...
Alhough we are only moving to another street in the same district but it was a lot of work!

During and on the acutal day of house moving was a big mess! a lot of things has to be packed, furniture has to be moved,shifted to the lorry which will transport all of it to the new house.

3 of us was temperally locked in the cage to prevent from any accident occuring while our humans are busy moving,shifting and packing the furniture, things and other stuff..
It was pretty long hours from early morning to late night.

Then in between, we gets some short walks before finally "transporting" us to the new house..
Amber has her final picture taken at the old house areas with one of her usual friends whom she always plays with during walks.. (Amber: a pity i did not get to take photos with a lot of my friends whom i always met and play with during walks)
